Create LaTeX presentations with Beamer

Elements

Columns

Create two columns:

\begin{columns}[T]
    \begin{column}{0.48\textwidth}
        % content
    \end{column}
    \begin{column}{0.48\textwidth}
        % content
    \end{column}
\end{columns}

This will leave 0.04\textwidth of spacing between the columns. The [T] aligns the column content to the top. You can also use c for center and b for bottom.

    % content
\end{block}

\begin{alertblock}{Block Title}

\end{alertblock}

\begin{exampleblock}{Block Title}
    % content
\end{exampleblock}
